believes you must accomplish and succeed to be loved. Consequently, Performers are industrious, fast-paced, goal-focused and efficiency-oriented, but also can be inattentive to feelings, impatient and image-driven. Threes see themselves as doers. Threes identify themselves with their achievements and like to be the best at what they do so they can achieve recognition and credit for their successes. They are always actively engaged with doing things. Having the right image is important to them. They are highly energetic, results-orientated individuals, with a clear focus on goals. They are very competitive and will take whatever short cut is needed to achieve their targets. They can adjust to whatever is needed for success. They are impatient if people interrupt them while on task. Threes can be great leaders and motivators of others. They can inspire confidence and hope.
